How to book & pay

All our tours, activities, rental equipment and some support services can be booked online. Go to the product you are interested in and click on the booking button.

Payment can be made by VISA, Mastercard or swish.

Multi-day tours
  • We will manually review your booking to make sure the tour suits your experience and fitness level.
  • If you book more than 30 days before your tour starts you pay a 20% deposit.
  • When we get your payment we will send you a confirmation. Please note that the confirmation is for you booking. We send a manual confirmation email as soon as we have reached minimum number of participants needed for the tour.
  • Latest 30 days before your tour starts we’ll send you a payment link where you can proceed the final payment. If you book later than 30 days before you’ll pay the full amount when making your reservation.
Day activities, rental of equipment and snowmobile support flexibe
  • If you book more than 30 days before your activity, rental period or support starts you pay a 20% deposit.
  • When we get your payment we will send you a confirmation.
  • 30 days before your activity, rental period or support starts we’ll send you a payment link where you can proceed the final payment. If you book later than 30 days before you’ll pay the full amount when making your reservation.

For other support services, private or tailored tours, please contact us

We have a valid permit for organizing tours in Laponia World Heritage Site
  • We regularly update our permits with The County Administrative Board.
  • We consult the Sami communities to avoid unnecessary disturbance for the reindeer herding etc.
We have a valid travel guarantee (for multi-day tours)
  • You can be reimbursed if any part of your package, tour or linked travel arrangements is canceled due to bankrupt.
  • You are entitled to compensation for the part of the package, tour or linked travel arrangement for which we are responsible and which has not been completed.
